Outside Switzerland, we work closely with our sales partners. In order to meet our quality standards worldwide, we carefully assess the capabilities and values of our partners before a partnership is formed.
All our partners are also trained on the air-lux system and have the necessary skills to solve functional problems quickly and competently. If one of our partners doesn’t have enough expertise, you can also use our 24/7 service and always have access to the expertise of our Swiss experts.

Whether it’s a sliding window, pivot door or descending window, upon handover, you will also receive a proposal for a service package tailored to your needs.
For your air-lux products you receive a 10-year warranty on the frame, seal and fittings (excl. electronics).
By concluding a service contract with air-lux or with a selected air-lux distribution partner, you have the opportunity to extend the air-lux warranty periods.
