It is also easy to integrate standard windows, balcony and entrance doors, and tilt-and-turn windows into the air-lux system. This also applies to post and frame façades. Guaranteed impermeability
The air-supported sealing system from air-lux guarantees outstanding structural values.
When closed, the perimeter ring seal ensures 100% impermeability against heavy rain, wind and noise. In contrast to systems with sealing lips or brushes, this invisible, nearly maintenance-free air-lux technology enables consistent performance of the air seal without signs of wear. The leads to very low maintenance costs and an improved ROI.
Absolute security
The robust air-lux basic construction can be upgraded up to resistance class RC3.
Electronic components for monitoring the locking position and locking the sliding door also enable the sliding window to be controlled and monitored via the building services (alarm system, building management system, etc.) – also via smartphone and tablet.
On request, our air-lux technical department, in collaboration with electrical planners and security will invisibly integrate these into the monitoring concept and building services.
Maximum operating and living comfort included
(1) The sliding windows are operated in the window frame using a button with integrated LED.
(2) The sliding windows are opened and closed smoothly ? either fully automatically or manually without any effort.
(3) For a threshold-free transition, the floor flap automatically raises and lowers again when the window is closed.
Of course, the functions can also be controlled through the building?s control systems or via smartphones and tablets. In exterior areas, entry options such as key switches, codes, fingerprints and badges are all possible. In the event of a power failure, the elements can be operated manually and close automatically.
On request, we can also handle the planning, preparation and installation of sun protection systems, slot ventilation and insect protection screens for optimal quality of life. For more privacy, darkening systems can be installed on the interior side.
Exclusive individuality in materials
In addition to the conventional surfaces made of anodised aluminium or powder coated, we offer a unique material fusion with aluminium in the core and fine wood in the interior and/or solid bronze in the exterior.
The interior large aluminium sliding windows can be customised with 16 types of wood. The feel, appearance and surface can be determined individually for wood, aluminium and bronze. The result: architecture with a unique character ? with all the technical and structural virtues of the air-lux base version in aluminium.
