air-lux window façade system
Property on hillside fitted with 26 m roof façade comprising motorised and fixed air-lux elements and integrated balcony doors, flooded by light on all four sides and via the roof.
Awning with considerable overhang along all sides and very wide clearances from the roof support elements for an unimpeded view. An all-glass interior flush system with 7.2 m opening; one sliding window opens in front of the balcony doors. A corner window system with 5.5 m wide sliding elements for a post-free opening and two further large sliding windows that slide in front of the wall. Roof construction with 45 m2 skylight made of steel and glass above the living space/veranda.
