Lakeside Living
Located directly on the shores of Lake Constance, this residential building is defined by a clear architectural language that emphasizes openness and a strong relationship to its surroundings. The calm concrete façade is structured by a continuous window layout, giving the building a sense of lightness while placing the lake and landscape at the center of the living experience.
Across all levels, large-format air-lux sliding elements shape the façade and open the apartments toward the outside. Loggias and recessed areas enhance the interplay between transparency and retreat, contributing to a high quality of living.
The result is a timeless lakeside building that combines precise architecture with openness, daylight, and the unique atmosphere of Lake Constance.
