The generous glazing creates the feeling of living in nature, not just with it.

The column-free and openable corner glazing gives the building a unique lightness.

All rooms feature plenty of light and flowing transitions.

A visual highlight is certainly the large pivot door in the entrance area, which can be opened both inwards and outwards.

In addition to the pivot door, two corner sliders, one centre joint slider and six standard air-lux sliders have been installed.

In addition, the property was equipped with a rear-ventilated sheet metal façade, two skylights, four fixed glazings, three tilt and turn windows, 45 all-glass railings and shading.
