La Residenza Lugano

On Via delle Scuole in Paradiso (Lugano), a residential complex was built combining penthouses, apartments of various sizes, and commercial spaces on the ground floor – centrally located and well connected.

As the building was designed without balconies, Krapf AG developed a motorized, vertically retractable air-lux façade window: more than 400 elements, ranging from approx. 1.8 to 4.0 meters in width, lower down to the sill level inside the rooms, creating generous openings and maximizing natural daylight. The patented inflatable air seal ensures resistance to driving rain and wind – providing the highest level of living comfort in all weather conditions.
